The employee shows their face
The terminal recognises them from half a metre away, in about a second. No card, no fingerprint, no phone. The recognition distance is deliberately short — someone walking past does not get marked present.
An employee shows their face at the door. From that second their working time, lateness, leave balance and pay are calculated automatically. The timesheet filled in by hand is over.
Below we follow a single scan from beginning to end. The screen on the left shows what that value has turned into at each step.

The device opens an outbound connection to the cloud — you do not need to open your office network, buy a static IP or build a VPN. If the link drops, scans are kept in the terminal’s memory and arrive by themselves once the internet is back.
The system takes the first and last scan of the day, subtracts the lunch break and compares lateness and early leaving against the branch working hours. Public holidays and moved working days come from the work calendar — if Saturday is a working day, the system knows.
At the end of the quarter the system sets the score itself: attendance, norm fulfilment, goals, tasks and test results — each with its own weight. “Why did I get a three?” now has an answer made of numbers.
The timesheet is not assembled; it is already there. Hours worked, lateness, leave and penalties are included. There is nothing to argue about: open any figure and it shows which day, which hour and which scan it came from.
The modules run on one database. Attendance flows into KPI and KPI into appraisal on its own — nothing is entered twice.
Arrivals and departures, lateness, early leaving, lunch deduction and a work calendar that knows the holidays.
Vacancies, candidates, stages. AI reads the CV, scores it against the requirement and flags repeat applications.
The system sets the quarterly score itself — from attendance, goals, tasks and tests. Each factor’s share is visible.
HR assigns a task, the employee completes it in the mobile app, HR reviews it. Completion feeds into the score.
Leave, sick days and attendance corrections — the employee submits, the manager approves. The leave balance updates itself.
Telegram bot and mobile app (iOS, Android): own attendance, payroll calculation, tasks and notifications.
Nothing is built in your office. An engineer arrives, mounts the terminal at the door, and the system starts working the same day.
Headcount and branches are confirmed and a plan is chosen. Contract and invoice are issued.
An engineer mounts it at the door, connects it to the network and configures it. All we need from you is a socket and the Wi-Fi password.
A folder of photos is uploaded to the terminal in bulk. There is no need to queue up each employee separately.
Employees arrive as usual. You open the panel — who came and when is already written down.
Under law O‘RQ-547, data tied to biometrics must be stored on servers inside Uzbekistan. That is where ours is: the database, the files and the encrypted backups.
Google push is needed so the phone receives notifications even when the app is closed. But we put nothing inside the push — no name, no time, no title. All Google sees is that “a signal reached this phone”; the app fetches the text from our own server. Foreign error-tracking services we gave up entirely.
Every change made in the panel is written to a log, and that log cannot be erased. If an attendance figure is disputed at the end of the month, every correction shows who made it and when.
O‘RQ-547 · localisationBased on headcount and the number of branches and terminals. With a contract and an invoice, by bank transfer. No hidden charges.
Installation, configuration and loading employees onto the device are included in the price. It is not added to the monthly fee and it is not charged again later.
We look at your company: how many terminals you need, which plan fits and how long installation takes. The demo is free and comes with no obligation.
